Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026 · updated October 20, 2026
Little Days is made by Stephen Estrada (“we”). This policy explains what the Little Days app keeps, where, and why. The short version: your baby’s log is yours. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics, and nothing is sold.
On your phone
Everything you log (feeds, diapers, pumping, sleep, medicine and other trackers, notes, your children’s names) and your settings are stored on your phone, protected by iOS file encryption. Reminders are scheduled on your phone. If you don’t start or join a family log, none of it leaves your phone except as described under “Claude” below.
When you share a family log
Family sharing is optional. When you start or join a family log, these are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication, run by Google on our behalf) so the family’s phones stay in step:
- the family’s log entries, children, trackers and running timers;
- each member’s display name and role (parent or view-only);
- an account identifier created by Firebase for your phone;
- if you choose Sign in with Apple: Apple’s identifier for you and, if you share it, your email address, used only so you can bring your family log to a new phone;
- Lock Screen update tokens for each phone, used only to send the family’s timer to the Lock Screen through Apple Push Notification service.
Only members of a family can read its log; our database rules enforce this. Data travels encrypted.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. When someone buys Little Days Plus, the app sends Apple’s signed receipt for that purchase to our server, which checks it with Apple and marks the family as unlocked. We keep the purchase’s transaction number, the product, and which family it unlocked.
Claude (optional)
Patterns can explain a period of your log using Claude, by Anthropic. Nothing is sent unless you ask. If you add your own Anthropic API key, the selected period’s log and your question are sent from your phone directly to Anthropic, under Anthropic’s terms and privacy policy; the key is kept in your phone’s Keychain. Or you can choose to open the log in the Claude app yourself.
Feedback
If you send feedback from the app, we receive what you write, any screenshots you attach, and, if you leave “Include app details” on, the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and sync status (never your log entries or names). If you allow it, we also get your email address so we can reply. Feedback is used only to fix and improve Little Days, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we don’t do
No advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking, no data brokers, and we don’t sell or share your information for marketing. We don’t use your data to train AI.
Keeping and deleting
A family’s shared copy is kept while the family exists. In the app, Settings → Account → Delete account deletes your account and removes you from the family; if you were the last member, the family’s shared copy is deleted too. Leaving a family works the same way. Deleting the app deletes what’s on your phone. You can also email us to delete your data.
Children
Little Days is for parents and caregivers. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. Information about a baby is entered by their parents or caregivers, who control it as described above.
Health information
Little Days helps you keep track; it isn’t a medical device or medical advice. The checkup summary is a document you choose to share; we don’t send it anywhere.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Questions or requests: stcrestrada@gmail.com.
